WHO WE ARE

Small on purpose

Bethesda is a small team of certified Costa Rican therapists and estheticians led by Marjorie, who has practiced in Guanacaste for over a decade. We’re small on purpose. The same handful of people work every session, so we know the villas, the gate codes and the roads between Tamarindo and Las Catalinas.

Before we arrive

You get your therapist’s name by message before the appointment.
We arrive in uniform, ten minutes early, with our own table, fresh linens and towels.
Linens are laundered after every single client. Nothing is reused between guests.
Every therapist is certified in Costa Rica and carries professional liability insurance.
We work with the door open or closed, music on or off, exactly as you prefer.
We never bring anyone who isn’t on your booking.
